2 year agoRight now @NATO headquarters, Ukraine's foreign minister Kuleba said he is "cautiously optimistic about the outcomes of our discussions" with allies. He said he was very specific about what they need & when, & reiterated that what his country needs is "weapons, weapons and weapons"
