Biden talking about how Putin will not stop with Ukraine. Biden vows to defend "every inch of NATO" territory, and does "not seek to have US troops fight in Russia"
Biden: "From the outset, I've said I will not send Americans to fight in Ukraine all Ukraine is asking for is help. We send Ukraine weapons from our stockpiles, and when we use the money allocated by Congress, we replenish those stockpiles with American made weapons and ammunition"
