The United States will mediate working-level talks between Ukraine and Russia on November 10–11 in Abu Dhabi as part of President Trump's efforts to end the war. According to initial reports, strikes were detected in the Nemishlansky district, targeting a transit area between buildings of one of the medical institutions.
